The Perks of Working Remotely: A Virtual Office Assistant is your Best Bet

Abandon the traditional physical office workdesk manned by unproductive employees- why not hire remote professionals such as an Online Virtual Assistant to do your administrative and clerical tasks.

Office Outsourcing is now easier thanks to the internet and other mobile technolgies. Though there are a lot of Virtual Assistance services online, go for VA companies offering specialized skillsets and have VA relievers in case your first run with them doesn't turn out quite well. Though this is not always the case.

Hiring a VA is a modern strategy of doing business, this will challenge the notion of old school management, so why not get the work done fast and efficiently? You will benefit immensely at the fraction of the cost of such VA services compared to keeping a regular full-time employee on your payroll. If you hire remotely, the standard rates from your location do not apply, the service fees are limited to what's highlighted on the service contract.

Although you can have your VA work on fixed working hours, most VAs often go beyond what is asked of them. Most online assistants are reliable and hardworking. So for any boss on the go, keeping a VA on standby is your best option in managing your business.

Optimize your Workflow with a Virtual Assistant

Managing a business is already a Herculean task on its own, most of your time and effort would be spent on such a venture. For a self-made entrepreneur, there are so many tasks to do in a day, and some are just beyond your control. Still, there are certain tasks that are manageable, just too time-consuming to focus on. For example, it can be pretty overwhelming when a sheer number of emails from your customers keep coming in and that may leave in a work rut.

Whatever steps you are taking now, you do owe it to yourself to organize and plan for the future. Which includes removing unnecessary time-wasters out of your daily work agenda, relieve yourself of the huge load by getting help. Why not hire an online assistant?

A Virtual Assistant can help you determine what you want to accomplish with your business and optimize your workflow. You can assign your VA a range of administrative and executive tasks such as manual data entry and doing file transfers, answering phone and voice messages, archiving documents and receipts, order processing and appointment bookings. That list alone should give you enough free time for the rest of the day.

So give it some thought, hiring an online personal assistant, may be one of your best investments yet.

Why Consider Virtual Assistant Services?

You hear it over and over again- you need to take some time off to pamper yourself. We’re constantly told how life would be better, if we just learn to relax, treat ourselves well and do things that make us tick and thrive. But most of us are so pressed for time, we can even barely breathe, let alone take a couple of hours off from work. A day off is definitely out of the question. While having extra hours for creative indulgences or just being with family is a lovely idea, the reality is we can’t just afford it. One can’t just leave so much work undone at the office or with your business; it would be a costly affair.

Have faith. Hope is not lost and there’s a lot you can do to get yourself back on track without sacrificing your sanity. Get the R&R you need by hiring an online executive assistant to handle the bulk of your administrative tasks. An online executive assistant is like having your very own secretary who can keep watch over your business while you tend to other important business matters. It is an option worth considering, if you can no longer reply to your customers emails promptly and you are missing out on crucial business meetings. Unlike a regular employee, an online executive assistant is not confined to a physical office and works offshore, you can easily communicate with your online executive assistant via web, tablet or any mobile device of your choice. It’s perfect for businessman who need a wingman on the go, as an online executive assistant can be there for you on the hours you really needed them.

Me, My Business and My Virtual Assistant from The Philippines

It’s been over 4 months since I hired my Virtual Assistant Jocelyn from the Philippines. I hired her to take care of my business' customer inquiry emails, phone calls and my social media presence. She can write promo copies and other legal agreements, build newsletters and websites, do SEO legwork and book meetings for me. All of these tasks, done remotely from her little place in the Pacific islands. The only thing she can't do and would love to do for me is make me coffee. She says she brews it real black whenever she's online for our Skype sessions. We have daily think-tank hours discussing how to streamline our flow and how to make my business more engaging to customers.

One good lesson I learned from Jocelyn is that a Virtual Assistant can really help set you up for massive success. My modest online business has grown enough to support me with a reasonable income, enough to equal the amount I make with my day job. This has made me seek out and leverage other revenue opportunities because I have more time to think clearly about the future.

I've never had so much time on my own before that I could actually play golf in the afternoons. I no longer dread checking my emails fearing I would drown in a sea of constant routine inquiries. Jocelyn has made my life quite efficient and productive.

Maybe if my business venture goes on successfully, I can personally visit the Philippines and put up my remote office. Maybe by then, me and my Virtual Assistant Jocelyn can finally share a good cup of Joe in the same time zone.

Every Superhero Needs a Virtual Assistant

Tony Stark was born into money, well he did build his suit entirely out of hard work and fortune. But did he really build his empire alone? Behind his success was his trusty assistant Pepper, she kept at pace with his schedule and made sure the wheels of the corporation were running smoothly, leaving Tony Stark with enough time to play around with his toys and eventually become a superhero.

But not all of us want to be a superhero, some of us just want to be Tony Stark the businessman (with enough time in the world to nurture our creative ideas and entrepreneurial spirit). And we DO need someone like Pepper to stand by us and handle all the nitty gritty parts of our work week. So have you ever considered finding your own Miss Pepper Potts?

Perhaps you might find one online as there are many Virtual assistant services online. With a VA by your side, you can find a better work-life balance, you can put more of your energy into your business and have time set aside for yourself. Whether your To-Do list involves administrative, clerical and marketing tasks, Virtual Assistants are highly skilled professionals that can meet all your deadlines effectively. Just like Pepper, any VA always has the boss and his business in mind. In fact, a Virtual Assistant can be your personal everyday superhero, getting things done in leaps and bounds.
